The accident happened at approximately 6:45 p.m. on March 29, 2006 at the Clearwater Public Library System Main Library. I was parked (and working) and the black BMW jumped a parking block and the ~6' sidewalk and hit my car hard enough to push me out of the parking spot and destroy the front end of my car. He also hit the white minivan next to me, just denting her door.
