What do you absolutely refuse to eat?

Hmmm...sweetmeats are up there, chopped chicken livers (though I've been known to do a fois gras every so often), anchovies, used to be I wouldn't eat olives of any kind, but I'm developing a taste for them in small quantities, fishy fish.
Those are the things that come to mind without too much thought. I used to be a food snob (I blame my ex), but now it just has to be worth the calories. If I enjoy it, then I eat it. In moderation, of course.
