Swingtown

It should surprise no one that I'm in love with CBS' new show Swingtown.

The soundtrack rocks, the writing is pretty tight and interesting and there's some fabu eye candy on as well.  I hope it lasts. 

And, if anyone affiliated with the show is reading, can we have more Erin Daniels on pls?  kthxbi

So I'm watching How I Met Your Mother, which I do very much enjoy.  That and Two and a Half Men are the only sitcoms I go out of my way for. 

The ending of tonight's show, The Bracket, was absolutely hysterical.

And these are the types posts when I wish vox had a cut for those who haven't seen it.

What television show stands the test of time?

Fucking Brilliant.  Though All In the Family is up there too. 

After all the recent season and series finales, what are you watching on TV these days?

I'm supposed to watch TV during the summer?  Or during the winter for that matter?  Ah well, I always knew I was different.
That said, I do like The Closer, which is on summer season, and it looks like my crush Bradley Whitford is back in Studio 60 this summer.  So if I'm home, and if I have the time, those are 2 I'll probably check out.  other than that, I much prefer the fact that Icky Thump comes out next week.
