Just went to the vox feeback page (again) and noticed that it's still in the old format. 
hmmmm....

Today is Vox's first anniversary since the official launch.  What's the best experience you've had on Vox in the past year?

I didn't blog about my one year anniversary on vox, mostly because I forgot about it.  I'm not sure that I've had a "best experience" here.  Yes, I know that I've met some cool people and some I even consider friends beyond the voxhood.   But, in reality, it's still a blog with social networking capabilities.  It's a place where I share songs, some thoughts on life and love and whatever, and read what others have shared.  Mr. B and I were talking this morning (he's having some angst about a chick) about how we are more connected to people than ever before, but yet in a lot of ways we're truly communicating deeply with others less.  I'm not going to talk about it any more than that though, because I think he's going to discuss it on his vox. 

However, what it comes down to is that I like blogging, and it is a form of communication, if not always deep connection (and I'm not sure it should be always deep connection) .  I enjoy my lyrics of the day, occasionally letting what's going on in my life out to people who care to read, and I enjoy reading others' blogs, what they want to share, what they put out there for the voxhood.  It's part of my day, and I look forward to the reading and the writing.

So, my best experience?  Doing what I enjoy - connecting on various levels with folk.
